CONTEXT
Alma, a leader in buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) solutions, aimed to address a strategic expansion challenge in the German market. To satisfy a key enterprise client’s requirements and tap into the German e-commerce ecosystem, the company needed a native integration on Shopware (the leading CMS in Germany). The challenge was to develop a robust plugin compliant with platform standards to automate installment payments and financial flow management.

Numendo deployed a team of PHP/Symfony experts to design and build the official plugin in agile mode:
