CONTEXT
As part of its digital transformation, OCSIN launched a pivotal project centered on the BIM (Building Information Modeling) standard to provide the State with a coherent digital tool ecosystem for the Office des autorisations de construire (OAC) and ultimately the Office des bâtiments. The project involved developing and maintaining several web applications for digital model management, ensuring technical sustainability and feature additions while enhancing user interaction with BIM data.

Numendo stepped in as fullstack developer and technical lead on the BIM project, carrying out the following key actions:
• Fullstack Development: Node.js / Express back-end and Vue.js front-end development.
• Refactoring & Evolution: Handover, refactoring, and evolution of existing applications.
• Interface Creation: Development of the back-office for BIM administration and the user interface for consultation and interaction.
• 3D & BCF Integration: Integration of Three.js for 3D visualization and BCF file management.
• Model Captures: Import/export capabilities for 3D model views and captures.
• DevOps: OpenShift deployments via Docker and continuous integration using GitLab CI/CD.
• Agile Practice: Agile collaboration with POs, active participation in daily standups, and bi-weekly sprint demos.
