Luxury: modernizing the retail ecosystem and developing an in-store business application

A major luxury house sought to upgrade its sales tool to better support its in-store sales advisors. The goal was to develop a robust business application enabling full management of customer profiles, transactions, and daily store operations.

To meet the responsiveness and performance standards of the sector, the project required a deep technical redesign of the existing setup toward a more agile and scalable architecture.

Numendo deployed its technical expertise to transform this critical tool and support its scaling:

The application has become a central pillar of the brand’s retail ecosystem, now connecting over 40 internal systems.

Thanks to this new modular architecture, maintenance is simplified and new feature deployments are smoother. This transformation enhanced the operational efficiency of in-store teams and provided a more seamless, digitized customer service experience.
