CONTEXT
A company specializing in watchmaking expressed the need to reinforce its teams with specialized technical-functional profiles to upgrade its information system. The primary objective was the implementation of Windchill PLM, a strategic tool to manage and centralize product data in an environment where 3D technology and IoT play a key role. This project took place in a highly demanding context requiring advanced skills in industrial data management and business process optimization.
INTERVENTION : Steering the Windchill PLM Rollout & 3D/IoT Integration
A Tech Lead was deployed on a time-and-materials basis for two years in a hybrid model (alternating between on-site interventions and remote work). The core responsibilities included:
