A luxury brand sought to design and build three B2B/B2C web applications to provide a digital passport for select products. This project required interfacing with complex data from various IS subsystems and implementing enhanced security for data exchanges. Authentication needed to be powered by unique QR codes to guarantee optimal traceability.

Numendo assembled an agile squad consisting of a Product Owner, a Proxy PO, a UX/UI expert, a JS/PHP Lead Tech, three senior JS/PHP developers, and a QA engineer. The project followed an Agile methodology with two-week sprints and four-sprint iterations, renewed for a second year. Teams operated in a hybrid model split between Numendo’s service center in Mulhouse (Alsace) and on-site at the client’s premises.
Deliverables included the development of three applications built with Vue.js, Symfony 5, and API Platform, deployed on Kubernetes containers hosted on Azure.
