A luxury brand sought to develop the front-end of an application presenting its product lines to internal business teams. The project encompassed Angular front-end architecture consulting, creating and adding new views, components, and features, as well as providing ongoing evolutionary maintenance.
intervention
Numendo deployed a team consisting of a Product Owner, a Lead Tech JS/PHP, and a Junior JS/PHP Developer. The project was executed using an Agile methodology, operating in two-week sprints and four-sprint iterations, renewed for a third year. The engagement followed a hybrid delivery model, combining work from the Mulhouse service center in Alsace with on-site client interactions.
