CONTEXT
As part of its technological evolution, Assura launched a major Data Transformation project. The primary challenge was to scope and deliver a new data architecture while coordinating multiple stakeholders across cross-functional departments. The objective was to ensure a smooth transition to modern management tools while guaranteeing data quality and compliance with health insurance business processes.

Numendo deployed a Senior Project Manager to lead this transformation end-to-end:
• Scoping & Governance: Roadmap definition, project plan establishment, and resource mobilization to ensure budget and schedule compliance.
• Performance Management: Definition and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to report progress to the steering committee and sponsor.
• Operational Coordination: Business Analyst supervision, test campaign management, and deployment (Go-live) organization with an hypercare phase.
• Master Data & BI Expertise: Guidance on Master Data Management (MDM) topics and implementation of Self-Service BI (Power BI) practices to empower business teams.
• Change Management: Facilitation between technical and business teams, risk management, and employee support in adapting to new data practices.
