CONTEXT
As part of launching its Self-Service BI initiative, the Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) called upon Numendo to support the definition of its implementation strategy. The primary challenge lies in balancing technical and organizational dimensions to open up autonomous, secure data access. The initial objective was to conduct a full audit to clarify expectations, align stakeholders, and analyze existing practices within the data warehouse team, laying the necessary foundations for effective data governance.

Numendo proposed a structured, progressive approach beginning with a critical audit and scoping phase. The engagement centers on the following key pillars:
