Your role: structure, orchestrate, support

As an Omnichannel E-commerce Project Manager, you will work within the digital teams of our e-commerce clients to lead large-scale omnichannel projects. You are a true conductor, ensuring the functional, technical, and operational consistency of the project.

Your missions as a E-commerce Project Manager:

• Analyze client needs and identify associated business and technical processes;
• Design all functional and technical aspects of the project;
• Define, monitor, and adjust the project schedule;
• Write functional specifications and ensure they are clearly understood by the teams;
• Lead the testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) phase;
• Coordinate collaboration between different teams (technical, business, suppliers, partners);
• Ensure operational follow-up and guarantee the overall consistency of the project.

Your technical expertise

You have at least 4 years of experience in omnichannel or E-commerce Project Management and a strong command of the digital ecosystem.

Expected skills:

• In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem and its components: CMS, OMS, CRM, Customer Service, PIM, DAM…
• Strong understanding of e-commerce architectures and data flow diagrams.
• Ability to communicate seamlessly with technical teams.
• Proficiency in Jira and writing user stories.

Nice-to-have skills:

Knowledge of or certification in SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
