Your role: imagine, test, design

As an UX/UI Designer, you will work on large-scale projects to optimize the user experience and design modern, consistent, and effective interfaces.

Your missions as a UX/UI Designer:

User experience enhancement as a UX/UI Designer

• Facilitation of ideation workshops (experience maps, empathy maps, personas, etc.);
• Design and execution of user tests with a complete protocol (briefing, recording, SUS questionnaire);
• Analysis of user feedback, identification of friction points, reporting, and recommendations.

UI Design & Design System

• Creation and iteration of the Design System;
• Creation of wireframes, UI mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes;
• Definition and optimization of user journeys (user flows);
• Component-based approach (Atomic Design).

Development follow-up

• Participation in monitoring user stories and writing epics related to the Design System;
• Quality control: bug reporting, ensuring design/development compliance.

Media creation

• Video production: animation, editing, and storyboard adherence.

Your technical expertise

You have solid experience in UX/UI, with strong mastery of modern design tools and methodologies.

Tools:

• Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Zeplin
• InDesign, Illustrator

Methodologies & expertise:

• Strong understanding of Design Systems and Atomic Design
• Participation in UX workshops and delivery of design assets (personas, user flows, mockups, prototypes, etc.)
• Work organization based on components and modular logic

Your profile

You are as creative as you are rigorous, with strong listening skills and a collaborative spirit. A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI is required. Beyond technical skills, we are looking for a mindset that is:
