Your role: coordinate, structure, streamline
As a Technical Functional Project Manager, you play a central role in the success of our clients’ e-commerce projects. You serve as the bridge between technical, functional, and business teams, guaranteeing the consistency of the entire digital solution.
Your Missions:
- Coordinate technical and functional teams (developers, architects, UX/UI designers, etc.);
- Define technical and functional specifications in collaboration with business and technical teams;
- Participate in writing user stories and ensure they are clearly understood;
- Track and improve the technical KPIs of projects;
- Plan projects, identify technical solutions, and support their implementation;
- Ensure smooth communication with clients, internal teams, and external partners;
- Manage risks, anticipate obstacles, and propose suitable solutions;
- Contribute to crafting commercial proposals for new projects.
Your technical expertise
You have a solid technical and functional background, as well as proven experience in digital project management.
Expected skills:
- 2+ years of experience in technical functional project management;
- Solid background in back & front-end development (JavaScript, Java, PHP, etc.);
- Prior experience in Full Stack development;
- Knowledge of e-commerce CMS platforms: Hybris, Magento, Drupal, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Proficiency in complex problem-solving and decision-making;
- Fluency in English (spoken & written), essential for luxury sector projects.
