Your role: guide, structure, drive
As a Lead Developer, you will work within the digital teams of one of our luxury sector clients. You will play a key role in driving technical direction and leading the development team.
Your missions as a Lead Developer:
- Supervise the overall project: lead developments, define technical and architectural choices, and set methodological frameworks;
- Support and upskill the development team;
- Serve as the code reference: conduct code reviews, spread best practices, and guarantee adherence to quality standards;
- Develop the most complex and strategic parts of the project;
- Maintain a high standard of quality across all delivered code, in close collaboration with the team.
Your technical expertise
You master various environments and stacks, and you are capable of driving a comprehensive and consistent technical vision.
- DevOps / Ops skills are a plus
- Back-end Languages: PHP, Java
- Front-end Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Back-end Frameworks: Symfony, Laravel, Spring, Hibernate
- Front-end Frameworks: Vue.js, React, Angular
- CMS: WordPress, Magento, PrestaShop, Shopify
- Databases: SQL, NoSQL
- Caching: Redis, Varnish
- Monitoring: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana
- CI/CD: GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
- Methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban)
