We are looking for an Omnichannel e-Commerce Project Manager (M/F) to join our teams in Paris or Geneva.
Numendo is a consulting firm specializing in digital services, supporting companies through their digital transformation. We work alongside IT and Digital departments to help our clients develop online sales strategies and enhance user experiences across various industries. We guide our clients in the design and implementation of high-performance websites featuring innovative and ergonomic user interfaces.
As an Omnichannel e-Commerce Project Manager, you will join the digital teams of one of our clients in the e-commerce sector. Your main missions include:
Analyzing client needs and identifying the business/technical processes to be implemented.
Designing the functional and technical aspects of the project.
Defining and monitoring project timelines.
Drafting functional specifications.
Managing testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Coordinating communication between various project teams.
At least 4 years of significant experience as an Omnichannel Project Manager.
In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem and its components: CMS, OMS, CRM, Customer Service, PIM, DAM, etc.
Strong understanding of e-commerce architecture and data flow diagrams.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
Proficiency in Jira and writing User Stories.
Experience and/or certification in a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) environment is a significant plus.
